Account management at scale is pattern recognition. Same signals show up across dozens of advertisers — and the difference between a senior PAM and a junior one is reading them before the client does. Three patterns I see often:

  • Build an account health score: spend trend, CPA/ROAS trend, creative fatigue, tracking quality, client responsiveness
  • Sort every account into three buckets: defend, optimize, expand
DAYS 31 – 60 · OPTIMIZE

Action plans, per advertiser.

  • For each tier-1: one efficiency lever, one scale lever, one relationship lever
  • Review creative rotation, landing-page friction, bid & budget allocation, post-click quality
